Our firm only handles communities composed of 30 units or less. Our focus on small community management stems from the large gap in the industry for properly servicing such condominium associations in an honest and fair manner. We are committed to managing owner and trustee expectations in a professional, responsive, and proactive manner.

As part of our management services, we provide the following:

  • Collection of all Monthly Common Area Fees: Paid via online banking or check

  • Payment of all approved/budgeted OP invoices: Paid 1x weekly or as required

  • Creating of Annual OP and Capital Budget

  • Guidance and Recommendations for proper Capital Funding

  • 24/7 Emergency Responsiveness

  • Property Update communications via email to all owners

  • Regular site visits, along with recommendations

  • Management of all vendors performing work in the common areas
